Pricing
Though we work hard to keep out customers informed, we
retain the right to change pricing without notice when
necessary.
Returns
All returns are for exchange or store credit only. You
must return item within 30 days of the date of sale. You are responsible for related shipping
charges. All returns
must be accompanied by receipt or packing slip.
Due to the special nature of some of our products,
involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as
seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general
policy of accepting returns and issuing store credits. These
include, but are not limited to:
- Shofars - We will only accept returns on shofars which
are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully
inspected before shipping.
- Mezuzah parchments and tefillin - Our standards of
halacha for these products are of the highest level.
Mezuzah parchments cannot be returned under any
circumstances.
- Computer software, cd's and videos - These items
cannot be returned after they have been opened unless
the item is defective.
- Etrog and lulav - Due to their perishable nature and
our need to pre-order specified amounts, all etrog and
lulav orders are final.
- Custom imprinted products - anything requiring
customization or altering of a product (such as
imprinted kippot or engraved jewelry) cannot be returned
unless the reason for return is a result of our error.
- There are no returns on a number of imported specialty items imported. If this is of concern to you, please contact us by phone before purchasing the item.

How to Return a Package
Please wrap your package securely and include your
packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you return your package via UPS,
FedEx, or insured mail.
