We will ship anywhere. If our site won't allow a specific address, please give us a call at 1-800-626-6536 (local phone: 773-262-1700) and we will take your order over the phone and send it out promptly. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping rates for your order are automatically added during the checkout process. Rates are based on package weight and shipping method choice. 

Oversized packages, or "special items" such as bulk kippot or many of the personalized items require that we speak with you to confirm details prior to filling your order.  At this point, we will give you specific shipping charges for your order.

Special Note about UPS shipping to outside USA (including Canada):

If you choose UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Canada Standard as your shipping method, you may incur a separate fee, charged by UPS (our courier of choice). This fee, which is collected on behalf of the respective country of the customer by the courier (i.e., UPS), covers import fees, GST taxes, and other import-related charges that are charged to the couriers. We have no control over these fees and charges. 

Customer Error

The customer agrees to be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Shipping Schedule:

We make every attempt to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, even though our online store remains open, we observe Jewish Sabbath and holiday times in our physical plant. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Jewish holidays.

Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped immediately upon our return. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.

Occasionally, an item we sell is out-of-stock and we need to re-order the item. In most of these situations, we are able to have the supplier drop-ship the item directly to you, but not in every case. We apologize for such inconveniences and try diligently to prevent them from occurring. If you believe you are entitled to a shipping refund, please get in touch with us.

Special Rates

Occasionally we offer special promotions with discounted shipping rates. These discounts apply to UPS Ground shipping only and exclude certain over-sized packages and custom orders.
